Handshake is excited to announce the ability to filter Contacts based on labels applied to the employer's company profile!
Note: If you're using a certain Employer Label to indicate archived contacts, there is an updated workflow for archiving contacts. Please refer to Archive or Delete a Contact for more information.
To filter these contacts, click All Filters
Then search for the label you'd like to filter on by clicking on the box below Employer Label and selecting Apply Filters.
- I filtered on the Employer Label name and opened the contact, but I'm not seeing the Employer Label appear.
- This is expected; the only label names that will appear on the contact entry are the labels your institution has applied to that particular contact. You'll need to open the employers company profile to manage applied Employer Labels.
- Can I apply a label to the employer's company profile from the contacts page?
- No, you will only be able to filter on labels that are already applied to the company profile.
