Employers in Handshake will be able to receive Email Digests, a resource that enables employers to discover more candidates that are a match for posted jobs.
These emails are sent to job posters on a weekly basis and include candidate recommendations based on:
- applied Segments for Premium employer partners
- If no Segments are added, then recommendations are based on job preferences. Learn more about Segments in How to Build a Segment.
- job preferences for Core employers

The emails sent to Core employers provides a link to learn more about Premium, at the bottom of the email, which allows for more customised candidate recommendations and access to view all candidates.
