Discover why you aren't receiving matches and what you can do to increase your talent pool with this resource.
Job has closed or was not posted to any institutions
The job is no longer active. Matches appear only for jobs that are open at one or more institutions.
If your job was never posted to any institutions, or based on the initial application close date, you may have one or more of the following options:

Renew job
- Extend the application close date and repost your job while retaining existing applicants.

Duplicate this job

Create a copy of your existing job posting without retaining previously requested institutions or past applicants.

Create a copy of your existing job posting without retaining previously requested institutions or past applicants.
After you renew or duplicate a job:
- If the job was previously posted to institutions, it will be resubmitted for approval at each of those institutions.
- If it was never posted, it will be submitted for approval at the selected institutions.

You currently have no top matches for this job. This may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Candidate qualifications have not been added.
- The job has not yet been approved by the institution(s) where it was posted.
If you haven't added qualifications, click the black button Add qualifications. For guidance, refer to the Candidate qualifications section in How to Post a job.
If your job has not been approved by an institution, check the institution's approval status for the job. For detailed instructions, refer to Confirming Your Job is Posted Successfully.
No matches to display
No matches display when we are unable to find candidates who fully match the filters you currently have applied.
To receive matches, we recommend taking the following steps:

Change your qualifications
- Refine your candidate qualifications to broaden your talent pool. You can edit the following criteria:
- Work authorisation
- Level of study
- Graduation date

Course groups
- To edit your qualifications, click the hyperlinked text Manage your qualifications, then navigate to the Candidate qualifications section in the job form, and click the pencil icon to make changes.
