Once you've created a job, you may want to double-check that it's posted successfully to the requested institutions.
To confirm this, click on Jobs from the left navigation bar to access the Jobs page.
You can change the view in the View By section under Create Job:
- Viewing by Job: this will condense the posting list to only display a single row per job, with a count of institutions included.
- Viewing by Institution: this will expand the posting list to display a single institution per row, with that institution's posting status included.
You can also click on the job status headings to identify relevant postings: Active, Expired, All, Declined, or Not Posted.
- Once a job is posted successfully, it will appear in the Active tab.
- If your job posting is not listed under the Active heading, click on Not Posted to check if your job was saved but not posted to an institution:
When you find your job posting, click on the job title to load the posting page, then click on the Institutions tab, to the right of Overview.
- Posted Successfully: All existing institution postings are listed along with the status of each.
- Tip: Use the checkboxes next to each Status at the top of the table to narrow down displayed institutions.
- If your job is Pending or In Progress, you can use the comments section to communicate with that institution. For more information, check out How to View Comments on a Job Posting.
- Not Posted: If there are no institutions listed (or if you wish to post to more institutions) choose from the recommendations or click the blue button Post to more institutions.
