Once you have created a job, we recommend verifying that it has been successfully posted to the requested institutions.

Access job
To confirm, click Jobs from the left navigation bar, then navigate to the specific posting you want to verify.
Tip: to quickly find the job posting, enter the job title in the keyword search field above the Jobs table.
Job search filters
On the Jobs page, you can filter jobs by the following statuses:
- Active
- Expired
- All
- Declined
- Not Posted
- Divisions

Confirm job is posted
Jobs successfully posted display in the Active tab. The Status column displays the number of institutions that have approved or declined your job, or if the job is still pending approval.
- If your job is not listed in the Active tab, click the Not Posted tab.
- Jobs only display in the Not Posted tab if you have completed the job form, but the job is not posted to any institutions because you are not yet connected to any institutions.
- If your job is not listed in either the Active or Not Posted tab, click the white button View Drafts on the Jobs page.
- Jobs only display in the View Drafts page if the job form was not completed for the job, and the job was saved.
- To post a job in 'draft' mode, complete the job form and choose which institutions to post the job to.
- Jobs only display in the View Drafts page if the job form was not completed for the job, and the job was saved.
To view the status of each institution, click on the title of the job, then select the Institutions tab.
On the Institutions page, navigate to the Requested institutions section, then review the status for each institution as desired.
