There are a few different options for reporting on Experiences data. For the most part, there are comprehensive CSV download options so you don't have to worry about building custom Insights reports. It's all there for you with just a few clicks! This article will walk through the different reporting options you have for exploring Experiences data.

General One-Click Download Button:
Looking for a general snapshot of your experiences? This one-click download is the way to go! Follow the steps below to retrieve the report:
1. Locate the Experiences tab on the left hand navigation bar
2. Filter on any items (status, template, staff member, etc) that you would like to report on
3. Select the Download button in the top right corner
A report will then generate as a CSV file that also sends to your individual email.
4. Select the link "Your download is ready. Click here to retrieve the file"
The report is now ready to view, and includes the following information:
- Experience ID

Student Information:
- Email, Major, College, School Year, Graduation Date, Campus Work Authorization, Education Level, Labels
-
Employer Information:
- Name, Industry
-
Supervisor Information (this will only populate data for experiences submitted prior to August 2017, see Approvers Download instructions for more info):
- Name, Title, Email, Phone

Job Information
- Title, Term, Status, Start Date, End Date, Location, Labels, Job Type, Salary, Offer Date, Offer Accepted?, Acceptance Date,

Bulk Action: Approvers Quick Download
Another set of data to pull with a quick download option is the Approvers CSV. This will include specific information on the approvers (i.e. stakeholders) you've configured on the experience. You can easily pull this report with the following steps:
1. Locate the Experiences tab on the left hand navigation bar
2. Filter on any items (status, template, staff member, etc) that you would like to report on
3. Select the checkbox at the top of the table to choose all (or select individual experiences to report on)
4. Click the "More" dropdown and choose the "Download CSV with Approvers" option
A report will then generate as a CSV file that also sends to your individual email.
5. Select the link "Your download is ready. Click her to retrieve the file"
The report is now ready to view, and includes a single row for every Approver associated with each Experience. Keep in mind: This means the Approver CSV could contain a greater number of rows than the total number of Experiences you are analyzing.
It will include the following information:

3. Select the checkbox at the top of the table to choose all (or select individual experiences to report on)

Insights Explore (Difficulty Level: Expert)
The quick download options highlighted above *should* cover all of your Experience reporting needs. However, if you want to go the extra mile to pull an Insights report, you can certainly do that, too!
To create a report in Insights, follow the steps below:
1. Locate the Analytics tab on the left hand navigation bar
2. Choose the "Explore Insights" option in the top left
3. Select the Experiences Explorer
4. Use our filters within Insights to generate a report with any specific information you'd like to view
