After a student's experience has been approved by the necessary faculty and supervisors, you may want to send an evaluation survey to approver and students. This article will walk through how to send these evaluations individually or in bulk.

Send the evaluations individually
- Click Experiences on the left hand navigation bar
- Select an experience from the list by clicking on the student’s name
- Click Request Evaluations under the Actions section
You will see a New Evaluation Request box where you can write a unique message to the faculty / staff that will be responsible for approving the experience - Choose who would like to send the evaluations to from this page
- Select the survey you would like to attach to this experience evaluation
- Click Next. You will see that the request(s) have been successfully sent
Send the evaluations in bulk
- Click Experiences on the left hand navigation bar
- Filter the experiences to the list you are interested in sending evaluations to
- For example, you may only want to send evaluations to the experiences that are assigned to you
- You may also only want to send evaluations to only those approvers or students who haven't submitted an evaluation and you can sort on the student and approver evaluation count to do that
- Select Request Evaluations, choose the recipients, the survey you'd like to send, enter any desired custom messages, and click next to confirm sending the request:
- The contacts that you send this evaluation to will receive the following email:
When the contacts click Complete Evaluation they will see the following page which will list Handshake’s default evaluation and any extra questions that you have attached to the evaluation. Submit evaluations on behalf of students or approvers
1. Select the experience
2. Choose the "Submit an Evaluation tab"
3. Add the details:

2. Choose the Evaluations tab:
On this page, you can see the unique links sent to the approvers and students. Below the links, you will be able to see any evaluations that have been submitted for the experience.

Tips
Send evaluations to only students or approvers that haven't submitted them
- Filter to the experiences that you are interested in sending evaluations for
- Sort the columns by number of evaluations submitted
- Select only the experiences that have no evaluations or a lower number than you are expecting
- Follow the steps to request evaluations in bulk
