How to Locate your School’s Contact Information in Handshake

If you need to connect with your school’s career center, or a specific staff member at your school, you can find their contact information in Handshake.

If you are not logged into your Handshake account, you can look for your school’s career center contact information on your school’s website. Many schools publish the career center’s email, phone number, and office location there.

Find your career center’s contact information in Handshake

1. In the left navigation menu, select Career Center.
2. On the Career Center page, scroll to the middle of the page. 
3. On the right side, locate the Contact Information section. In this section, you can find your school’s website, phone number, email address, and location.

Find contact information for a specific staff member

1. On the same Career Center page, scroll to the bottom.
2. Locate the Public Staff section. Up to five staff members are displayed.
3. To open a staff member’s profile, select their name.
4. To view all public staff members, select the blue View All Public Staff button.
5. On an individual staff profile, the staff member’s contact information is located on the left side of the page.
