On the Jobs page, select the job you would like students to apply for, then click the Matches tab. Discover Job Matches.
The Matches tab displays Top matches at the top, which are students who meet your qualifications and are very interested in jobs like this.
- To invite all Top matches to apply, click the black button Invite to apply in the upper-right corner.
- To invite a specific student from the Top matches section, click the white button Message within their profile card.
Below Top Matches, the More Matches section displays all candidates who meet your job preferences.
- To invite all students in this section, check the box next to Candidate, then click the button Invite.
- To invite specific students, check the box next to their name(s), then click the button Invite.
When inviting students to apply, the message composer will open with a pre-written message:
"Hi {first name},
We looked at your profile and think you'd be a great fit for {role} because you match these qualifications:
- Area of study: {major}
- Class year: {class year}
- Graduation: {graduation year}
This position aligns with your interests in {matching interests} near {matching location interest}.
We're looking for students like you – we hope you'll apply!"
If you select multiple students, the message will be sent to each student individually. The pre-written message will automatically personalize details such as the student’s name, qualifications, and matching interests.
To send the message as it appears, click the black button Send in the lower-right corner of the message composer.
Recipients removed
If the following message is displayed: "Some recipients were removed based on access or message preferences. If there are no recipients, the composer will close."

- You have messaged the student(s) within the past 12 months.
