Access Job Matches
Click Jobs from the left navigation bar, select the job you want to find matches for, then click the Matches tab.
Basic employers can view up to 100 matches per job. Premium partners can view an unlimited number of matches per job.
Explore Job Matches
Matches displays all active, public student profiles from the schools where the job is currently posted and approved, and whose education aligns with the job candidate's qualifications or chosen segment.
The center of the page displays top matches, which are the most relevant candidates based on the job's qualifications and candidates' interests. Candidates highlighted in this section are likely to respond to your outreach.
- Top matches only appear for jobs for which you've specified candidate qualifications for:
- Major
- Graduation date
- School year
- If your job posting does not already have candidate qualifications, you are prompted to add them.
- For example, if you're seeking BA candidates who majored in Business, the results may display candidates who have completed a B.A degree in that specific degree, and are in pursuit of a higher degree, e.g., Masters.
The profile card displayed for each top match will include the following information:
- Profile photo (only displays if available)
- Name
- Major
- Grad month/year
- College
- Matching interests (only displays if candidate has any relevant job qualifications and interests)
Top matches updates daily to display candidates with similar interests that match your job qualifications.
- To message any top match, click the white button Message within their profile card. Learn How to Send a Student a Message.
- To message all top matches, click the black button Invite to apply in the upper-right corner of the page.
Below Top Matches, you will find More matches, which are candidates that meet all job qualifications.
The candidate table includes the following information for each match:
- Name
- Last Engaged (only visible to Premium partners)
- Interests
In the Match Criteria section, Premium partners can find more details about how matches display.
Click directly on the name of the student to view their profile. For additional details, refer to Viewing Student Profiles.
