Setting job and candidate qualifications helps you efficiently filter and prioritize the most relevant applicants.
Note: Qualifications are optional. Adding them will not prevent candidates from applying for your job.
What candidate qualifications can I set?
You can specify the following candidate qualifications in a job posting:
- Work authorization (candidates who meet the requirement or choose not to disclose will be included)
- Skills
- School year
- Latest graduation date
- Major groups
- Minimum GPA
To add or update these qualifications, read How to Edit a Job Posting.
How do I use qualifications when reviewing applicants?
When reviewing applicants, you can quickly identify those who meet your qualifications using the Matching qualifications filter in the Applicants tab.
The filter includes the following criteria:
- Latest graduation date
- Minimum GPA
- Majors
- Work authorization
This allows you to focus your review on candidates whose backgrounds align with your preferences.
