Would you like to print an interview packet by room or by employer for a certain date? Please follow these instructions to print interview packets grouped by room, employer or both.
- Click Interviews on the left hand navigation bar
- Click Bulk Actions on All Results
- Click Print Packets
- Enter the criteria that you would like to include in your interview packet:
- Date: Enter the date of the interview schedule you are needing. If there are multiple interviews on this day the packets will appear on separate pages. (Note: if there aren't any interview schedules with active slots on the Schedule Details will not generate)
- Group by:
- Room: One packet for each room that has interviews scheduled. Each packet will include information about all interviews for all employers scheduled in that room.
- Employer: One packet for each employer that has interviews scheduled. Each packet will include information about all of that employer's interviews in all rooms.
- Employer and Room: Packets for each employer, separated out by room. Each packet will include information about that employer's interviews in that room only
- Include: If you choose to include the documents and applicant profiles your packet will include the documents and profiles for each applicant and this will be a large packet.
5. Click Get Packets
