Handshake provides a convenient link per feature to launch the applicable Check-in Kiosk. The kiosk can be launched as a general kiosk directly from the Appointments and Events overview page, or from the specific Career Fair or Interview Schedule.
Once the kiosk is open, students check in via one of the methods below:
- entering their username or email address
- swiping their card
- Note: if your institution hasn't enabled card swipe and is interested, check out How to Enable Card Swipe Check-in for Students.
To learn more about Check-in Kiosks, refer to An Overview of Check-in Kiosks.
Note: kiosks are not available for virtual fairs; when students launch a session, this will be recorded as a checkin for reporting purposes.
