Handshake allows you to manage your check-in kiosk templates effortlessly. You can rename templates for clarity or remove those you no longer need, simplifying your event organization.
This feature is available to Premium partners with the Handshake Events module enabled. For more information, please check out this resource.
Access templates
Navigate to the event or fair you want to manage an existing template for, then click the Kiosk setup tab.
Edit template name
1. Click the ellipsis icon to the right of the template card, then select Edit template name from the dropdown.
2. Enter the new template name in the text box, then click the black button Update name.
- To keep the name as it is, click the white button Cancel.
3. Once updated, the message "Template name updated successfully" appears in the lower-center of the page.
Delete template
1. Click the ellipsis icon to the right of the template card, then select Delete template from the dropdown.
2. In the pop-up modal, click the red button Delete template to remove the template.
- To keep the template, click the white button Cancel.
Note: if you remove this template, it will be removed for everyone in your organization, and this action cannot be undone.
3. Once deleted, the message "Template was deleted successfully" appears in the lower-center of the page.
