To enhance your brand page, you can create subpages that provide students with an in-depth view of your company's specific teams, departments, or programs. Manage these subpages as needed to keep your content current and engaging.
Note: only owners and admins of the company profile can create and manage subpages. For more information, read more in A Guide to Employer Role Types in Handshake.
Subpages are only available to Essentials and TES customers with an Advanced Brand Page. For more information, please check out this resource!

Access subpages
Click Brand page from the left navigation bar, then click the pencil icon icon to the right of the Subpages section.
- If you have not yet created a subpage, the pencil icon will be replaced with a plus icon.
Create a subpage
1. In the pop-up modal, click the text Create a subpage in the lower-right corner.
Note: you can create up to six subpages.
- If you have any existing subpages, the modal window displays all the subpages that have been created.
2. In the pop-up modal, enter the page title and description of the new subpage in their respective fields, then click the black button Create.
3. Once the subpage is created, the modal will close, and the page will be displayed on your brand page.

Edit subpage details
1. In the pop-up modal, click the pencil icon to the right of the subpage you want to edit its details for.
2. In the next pop-up modal, edit the subpage title and/or description in their respective fields, then click the black button Save.
Arrange display order of subpages
1. Click the up or down arrows next to each item, then click the black button Save in the lower-right corner.
Delete subpage
To delete an existing subpage from your brand page, click the red bin icon to the right of the subpage, then click the black button Save.
Note: clicking the bin icon will immediately delete the subpage, and this action cannot be undone.
