Handshake brand pages help you enhance your employer brand and attract top talent. Use your brand page to share your company’s story and give prospective candidates a deeper understanding of your brand.
Featuring employee testimonials, job listings, and upcoming events, your brand page offers job seekers valuable insights into your organization before they apply.
There are three tabs on your brand page:
Overview
The Overview tab includes customizable and non-customizable sections to highlight key aspects of your company. Click on each header below to learn more about them.
All employers have access to the following sections with the listed features:
Logo & Company Details
Note: the Banner feature is only available to Essentials and Talent Essentials Suite customers with either a Professional or Advanced Brand Page.
Under the banner, which is gray by default, you will find information about your company, including its name, logo, location, industry, size, and whether it is public or private.
For image size and ratio recommendations, refer to Employer Logo & Banner Guide.
About
The About section on your brand page is where you can introduce your company to potential candidates.
This section allows you to provide a brief overview of who your company is and what it does.
Work life
The Work life section on your brand page allows you to showcase the benefits, perks, and culture of your company.
This is where you can highlight what makes your workplace unique and attractive to potential candidates.
Jobs
The Jobs section on your brand page displays the top 4 job listings that are most relevant to each student.
To ensure the most relevant jobs are displayed, regularly update and manage your job postings.
Note: this section cannot be customized, nor edited.
Events
The Events section on your brand page displays the top 4 most relevant events or fairs for each student based on their profile and search activity.
Attendees or invitees can only view events that their school has been invited to, or that are being held at their school.
To ensure the most relevant events are displayed, regularly update and manage your events.
Note: this section cannot be customized, nor edited.
Essentials and Talent Engagement Suite (TES) customers have access to additional sections with features varying based on their brand page tier and any added modules.
Banner (available only with a Professional or Advanced Brand Page)
The banner is the first element displayed on your brand page, making it a critical component. It serves as the initial impression candidates get when they view your profile on Handshake.
For image size and ratio recommendations, refer to Employer Logo & Banner Guide.
Sub pages (available only with an Advanced Brand Page)
Subpages provide students with an in-depth view of specific teams, departments, or programs within the company.
Each subpage functions as a mini professional brand page, showcasing a banner image, a media gallery with photos or videos, and featuring jobs, people, and events.

Posts (available only with a Professional or Advanced Brand Page)
The Posts section displays the two most recent company brand posts (shared as the company) and includes a 'View All' hyperlink.
When a user clicks 'View All,' they are directed to the 'Posts' tab, where all posts made directly by your company are listed in chronological order from newest to oldest.
Employers with an Advanced Brand page can also feature up to two posts within a dedicated subpage.
Testimonials (available only with a Professional or Advanced Brand Page)
The Testimonials section on your brand page allows you to share reviews and reflections from current employees.
This is a great way to provide potential candidates with insights into the employee experience at your company.
People (available only with a Professional or Advanced Brand Page)
The People section on your brand page displays individuals at your organization, allowing candidates to connect with them and adding a personal touch to your profile.
Jobs and Posts
To the right of the Overview tab, you will find the Jobs and Posts tab.
Jobs (tab)
Job seekers will find a 'view all' button when looking at jobs posted by your company. Clicking this button will take them to the Jobs tab on your brand page, where they can view up to 50 jobs listed by relevance.
When a candidate clicks on a job title, they will be redirected to the job posting where they can apply.
Posts (tab)
The Posts tab displays a list of your company's content and community posts on the Feed. The posts are arranged in reverse-chronological order, with the most recent brand feed post appearing first. Learn more about Managing Content on the Feed.
