This article explains how to add and edit your company logo and banner on your Handshake brand page.
Note: This action can only be performed by the company profile Owner or Admin.

Access brand page
To upload a new logo or banner, or to edit an existing one, click Brand page from the left navigation bar.
Add your company logo
New logo
1. Hover your mouse over the photo icon to the left of your company name.
2. In the pop-up window, click the white Upload photo button, then choose a photo from your computer.
- Square images that are at least 150 x 150 pixels work best.
3. Use the Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) buttons to adjust the photo's magnification within the modal. Once your photo is adjusted, click the black Save button in the lower-right corner.
Edit an existing logo
1. Hover your mouse over the current photo to the left of your company name.
2. In the pop-up window, adjust the photo's magnification or click Remove to delete the current photo.
- To adjust the magnification, click the black Save button once satisfied with the new size.
- To remove the current photo and upload a new one, click the white Remove button. In the pop-up window, click the red Yes, remove button.
3. Once the photo is removed, upload a new logo. For guided steps, visit the New logo section above.
*Add your company banner
Note: Only Essentials and Enterprise (formerly TES) customers can add or update a company banner. Essentials customers must have the Professional or Advanced Brand Page module.
New banner
1. Click the white Edit banner button in the upper-right corner of the banner.
2. In the pop-up window, click the white Upload photo button, then choose a photo from your computer.
Upload an image around 2340 x 400 pixels (a 6:1 wide ratio) for the sharpest, crispest result.
Use a centrally focused image so important elements remain visible across screen sizes.
Avoid including text elements, since they may be cropped at different screen sizes.
The banner image must be at least 1200 pixels wide. Images smaller than this get upscaled and may appear blurry.
3. Use the Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) buttons to adjust the photo's magnification within the pop-up window. Once your photo is adjusted, click the black Save button in the lower-right corner.
Edit an existing banner
1. Click the white Edit banner button in the upper-right corner of the banner.
2. In the pop-up window, adjust the photo's magnification or click Remove to delete the current photo.
- To adjust the magnification, click the black Save button once satisfied with the new size.
- To remove the current photo and upload a new one, click the white Remove button. In the pop-up window, click the red Yes, remove button.
3. Once the photo is removed, upload a new banner. If needed, refer to the steps outlined for New banner.
