Navigating to the Applications Page
Before beginning, ensure that you have permissions to access student applications. You can learn more about this role in School Settings: Career Services Staff Roles and Permissions.
The left navigation bar lists the Applications button, located under the Students section. Select it to be taken directly to the Applications Page.
Alternatively: If you are already viewing a specific job posting that has applications associated with it, you can click the Applicants tab to be taken to the Applications Page, which displays the applicants for that specific job posting:
Finding Applications
On the landing page, the default layout displays all applications in descending order from most recent application submitted to least recent application submitted. You have options to search for an application and filters on the left side of the screen to help narrow your search.
Use the filters to display applications that fit the criteria you select. For example, we'll use "Pending" to display all pending applications.
Use the keyword search bar to locate any specific student or employer-related application. In this example, we searched a student's name and found that one of the applications is marked as late under the date column. Learn more about late job applications in the employer article: About a 'Late' Job Application
Updating Application Statuses
There are two ways to update applications statuses on this page. First, you can select any status in the table of applications and change it. The options are Primary, Pending, Declined, Hired, Withdraw Application.
Alternatively: Select the application you'd like to update by clicking on the student's name. This will pop up the application window. From here, you can click the triple-line hamburger icon to display the different application status options.
Downloading Applications
On the Applications Page, in the upper-right corner there are two options to Export CSV and Export Documents.
Set your filters and choose one of the following:
Export CSV - Downloads the current Applications Page table contents into a .CSV file.
Export Documents - Choose one or many documents to download from the applications that were submitted:
*Non-required documents may not appear in the download, even if they are selected here.
