As soon as you receive RSVPs for either an event or fair, you can quickly message and follow up with your attendees.

Access RSVPs
1. Navigate to the specific event or fair, then click the Candidates tab.
2. Use the filters located above the candidate table to customize and narrow your search results.
All employers can use the following filters:
- Keyword Search
- School
- School year
- Labels
- Not labels
- Major
- Major category
- Grad date (start, expiration date)

- Profile available

- Checked-in

- This includes candidates who registered through a campaign and candidates who were sourced through bulk messages within the last six months.

Message RSVPs
1. Check the box to the left of each candidate you want to message. You can also click the box to the left of Candidate name to choose all attendees.
2. After the candidate(s) is selected, click the white button Message candidates above the candidate table.
- When at least one attendee has been checked, bulk actions will appear in the table header:
- Message candidates
- Manage labels

- Candidate list (csv.file)
- All resumes combined (csv.file)
- All resumes individually (csv.file)
3. A message text box will open. You can use the formatting toolbar to customize your message with font styles, hyperlinks, and variables such as first name and major.
- To use a message template, click the ellipsis icon at the bottom of the message window, then choose Templates. From there, select Use template. Learn more about Using Templates in Messages.
- To add a job or teammate, click the Handshake icon, which is on the far left of the message window. Then, choose either Teammate or Job.
4. Review your message, then click the black button Send. This message is sent separately to each attendee.
