After an event or fair, you can easily access and manage your RSVPs to gather insights, measure the success of your outreach, and efficiently follow up with participants.
Features available only to Premium partners are indicated by an asterisk (*). For more information, please check out this resource.
Access RSVPs
1. Click Events or Fairs from the left navigation bar, then locate the event or fair you want to access RSVPs for.
Tip: For fairs, check the boxes for "Include Past Fairs" and "Show Registered Only" to locate the fair quickly. For events, use the filters available and check the box for "Include Past Events" to narrow your search results.
2. Select the event or fair.
- Basic employers can either click the Candidates tab or the gray button View RSVP list on the Overview tab.
- Premium partners can click the Candidates tab or click the number displayed below Your RSVPs in the Evaluations section.
3. The list of candidates who have RSVPed and checked in to your session(s) or event is displayed in a table.
A set of filters is located at the top of the Candidate table, which allows you to refine your search.
Note: The filters marked with an asterisk (*) are only available to Premium partners.
- Keyword search
- *Status (only available to Premium partners)
- *Evaluation (only available to Premium partners)
- School
To further refine your search, click the button All filters. Once clicked, a side sheet with additional filters will appear.
All Basic and Plus employers have access to the following filters:
- School year
- Labels
- Not labels
- Major
- Major category
- Grad date (start and expiration dates)
All Premium partners have access to the following filters:

- Grad date (start and expiration date)

- Handshake profile (profile available)

- This includes candidates who registered through a campaign and candidates who were sourced through bulk messages within the last six months.

Premium partners with the Events module have access to the following filters:

Candidates without a Handshake profile or with a private profile will have a human icon with the text "No Handshake Profile" displayed below their name. You can view the profiles of candidates who have set their profiles to public.
View kiosk responses
After check-in, you can view a student's responses if a check-in kiosk has been set up and made available.
Notes:
- Kiosk responses are only accessible on desktop and do not sync in real-time to the Handshake Events app.
- Employers must use the desktop version to view this data during or after the event.
1. Click the student's name whose responses you want to view.
2. A side sheet will open, displaying the candidate's kiosk responses, including:
- Basic information
- Work aspirations
- Competencies
- Custom questions (if configured)
- Labels (if any)
Note: Optional questions may appear blank if left unanswered by the student.
