1. Help Center
This site is your first line of defense. It contains a wide variety written and video resources for Career Services, Employers and Students!

2. Handshake Academy
Access our thorough collection of training courses starting with the implementation guide, then learn how to use and maximize features in Handshake Academy!
A Career Services user account is required to register and complete courses in Handshake Academy. You'll need to sign in to Handshake (ensure you're viewing as your CS account), click the Help menu in the upper-right corner, then select Handshake Academy.

3. Office Colleagues
For office or school-specific workflows, tips, or policies.
4. Community
For general best practices, custom solutions, and collaboration from other Handshake schools and updates from our Marketing team. Access the community per the instructions available in Community: Guidelines.

Check our system status on the Handshake Status Page. Click the blue button Subscribe to Updates in the upper-right corner to get an email alert of planned maintenance or issues!
6. Webinars
Handshake hosts a variety of webinars –– past recordings and scheduled webinar signups are available by clicking Career Center Webinars.

Contact Support if you need further assistance clarifying functionality, troubleshooting an issue, reporting a problem, or sharing product feedback.
In the Help Center, click the "Contact Support" button in the upper-right corner of the page, or click the message bubble icon in the lower-right corner. Our chatbot will recommend solutions, and if you still need assistance, you can choose to submit a ticket to our team.
