There are several reasons you may not be able to request an interview schedule at a school.

You have not requested to connect with the school or have not been approved
You must be connected with a school before you can request an interview schedule.
If you have not sent a connection request, refer to How to Request Approval from Schools.
If you have already requested to connect, you can check your status by following the steps in Understanding Your School Connection Status.
The school has not granted your company the required permissions
Even if your company is approved by the school, you cannot post an interview schedule unless the school has granted the permission 'Post Interview Schedules'.
To verify your permissions, search for and click on the school's name in the search bar, located in the upper-left of the page.
Review your permissions in the School Approval section of the school page.
If the permission 'Post Interview Schedules' is not listed, contact their Career Center directly.
Their contact information will be located to the left of their profile page in the Contact Information section.
The school does not appear (even with approval and permission)
The What school would you like to interview at field only displays a limited set of schools.
To find a specific school, type its name directly into the field. If the school is available, it will appear.
If the school does not appear even after searching, the school likely does not have an open interview season.
To confirm whether interview schedules can currently be requested, contact the school's career center directly.
