You’ve been approved for an interview schedule at a school, and have started receiving applications. Great! Now what? This article will tell you how to manage your applicants for your preselect interview schedule.
If you have not yet requested an interview schedule, refer to How to Request an Interview Schedule at a School.
Access applicants
- Click Interviews from the left navigation bar, then select the interview you want to review applicants for.
2. On the Interview Schedule page, click the blue button Review Applicants at the top of the page.
3. All applicants will be listed in a table that includes columns for the job they are interviewing for, the number of preferences they meet, their application status, their slot, and the date of their application.
- After a candidate signs up for a slot in the schedule, their slot status changes to include a green-checked calendar icon.
Manage applicants
On the Applicants page, you can take the following actions:
- Filter applicants based on specific attributes
- Perform individual or bulk actions on applicants
- Select candidates to interview, and designate selected applicants as “primary” or “alternate”
- Add an applicant to the interview schedule
Filter applicants based on specific attributes
You may use the filters on the left side of the page to identify applicants based on:
- Keyword Search

Scheduling
- Interview Slot Taken
- Sourced Students
- Hide Late Applications
- Status (application status)
- Labels
- Not Labels
- Employer Division
- Job Applied For
- Job Type
- Employment Type
- Skills
- Majors
- Individual Majors
- Date (application created date)
Use the filters above the applicant table to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for the job:
- Graduation Date / School Years
- GPA
- Majors
- Work Authorization
To view an applicant's profile and the documents they submitted with their application, click on their name.
Perform individual or bulk actions on applicants
To take further action on specific applicants, check the box to the left of their name. To select all applicants, check the box next to " [Number] of [Number] selected" above the table.
Once an applicant(s) is selected, the following actions can be taken:

Select candidates to interview, and designate selected applicants as “primary” or “alternate
In the candidate table, select the status of Primary or Alternate from the Status dropdown for each candidate selected.
Selected candidates, whether primary or alternate, will be notified via email and/or in-app notification.

Application status management
During the interview process, you can change an applicant's status at various stages.
You can mark applications as:
- Pending
- Alternate
- Declined
- Hired
