Thanks to your continuous support and feedback, we're proud to announce a new feature that adds an option to download targeted email statistics en-masse on Handshake! Refer to this article for instructions on how to download this file.
1. Select Emails using the left navigation bar
2. Click on To Contacts for emails sent to employers/contacts or stay on the To Students tab for emails sent to students
3. Toggle the boxes next to each individual email, click the box next to Send Date to select all emails on the page, or click Select All to select every email
4. After selecting the emails, click Download
5. The spreadsheet will include the following information:
- Email ID
- Campaign Name
- Email Creator First Name
- Email Creator Last Name
- Subject Line
- Status
- Total Recipient Count
- Open Rate
- Click Rate
- Unique Opened
- Unique Clicked
- Unsubscribed
