Lately we've seen the following question come up more often: "Do we support using Sender Policy Framework (SPF) and/or DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) to identify messages that are legitimately sent by Handshake to avoid emails going into recipients spam folders?"
Please see the points below for more information on this:
- We do not support this for emails generated via Mass or Targeted Emails.
- All emails (such as notifications, job digests, etc.) are sent on behalf of Handshake. We don't support emails being sent on behalf of a customer.
- All emails being sent by Handshake use SPF / DKIM and DMARC for enforcement to validate that they are legitimate Handshake emails.
