About Daily Overview Download

The daily overview download will help you understand which rooms are assigned to each employer per day. You can access the daily overview download from the top of the interview page in Handshake.

1. Click the Download Icon
2. Select Download Overview
3. This will download a report in excel that will include the following fields
   1. Room Name: this will only include rooms that are assigned to slots on the interview schedule
   2. Employer Name
   3. Contacts on Schedule
   4. Start Time
   5. End Time
   6. Number of Slots (in that room): this includes any slots that are unavailable
   7. Interview Schedule Name
