How to Enter a Manual Payment for a Fair Registration

Manual Payments

  1. Open employer career fair registration
  2. Review charges that have already been recorded in the Payment History section
  3. To send a receipt, Click Record Payment or Refund
    • Note: If you are resending a receipt you can delete a previous payment and add it again 

4. The receipt will be sent to the registrant for the career fair and you can choose to send this to yourself as well.

Click Submit Charge to send the receipt.
