If the fair registrant contact needs to be updated, you may change the Registrant at any time.
Virtual Fairs Note: If you are looking to change the Schedule Owner (who is responsible for setting the schedule), refer to Virtual Fairs: Supporting Employers for details.
Note: the Registrant must be listed as a contact at your institution in Handshake in order to be selected.
1. Click Fairs from the left menu column in Handshake, then select the fair the employer is registered for.
2. Click the View Employers button on the fairs overview page.
3. Click on the employer registration you are interested in changing from the list that appears, then click Edit in the upper-right corner of the page.
4. Scroll down to the Basic Information section of the career fair registration, and select a new Registrant from your contact list in Handshake.
5. Click the blue button Update Registration, in the lower-right corner of the page, to save your changes.
This contact will now receive notifications about updates to the fair registration, and you will have the ability to send them invoices / receipts for fair payments.
