Events: Inviting Students

Follow these steps to invite students to an event:

  1. Click Events from the left hand navigation bar
  2. Select the event you are interested in inviting students to
  3. Select Invite Students from the tabs in the top right corner of the events screen
  4. Using the filters on the left side of the page select the group of students you would like to invite as the pie charts on the right side of the page aggregate the data
  5. Click Invite Users when you are ready to send the invite


The students who are invited will be notified in app or via email depending on their notification settings.
Please note: if you have a student limit set on the event, and registrations are at capacity, students will be given an option to join the waitlist. Refer to Attendees: Waitlists for Events & Fairs for more information.
