If you would like to download a report of all invoices that have been sent to an employer during a certain time period in Handshake, follow the below instructions.
Note: If you leave the employer blank, you can pull a report of all invoices and payments made in Handshake for a certain time period.
1. Click Invoices, located on the left side of the screen under Data:
2. On the page that loads, fill in the following information:
- Start Date (enter the date in yyyy-mm-dd format, or click the calendar icon to select a date)
- Note: specify the latest date the item was created (not the date the payment was processed)
- End Date (enter the date in yyyy-mm-dd format, or click the calendar icon to select a date)
- Note: specify the latest date the item was created (not the date the payment was processed)
- Employer name (dropdown) - if you'd like to download invoices for a specific employer, click in the dropdown and select the employer name. To include all employers, leave blank.
- Payment Status (checkbox) - paid, unpaid, or invoiced
- Chargeable Type (checkbox) - Registration, Interview Schedule, Events
3. Click Get Invoice Report. A blue alert will appear on the page indicating the report is building.
A link to the report will be emailed to you if you prefer not to wait. If you are still on the page when the report is built, click the Download Invoice Report link that appears to complete the download.
Save the file and review!

Tip: The Generated Invoice Link will direct you in Handshake to the invoice that was sent to the employer. If you need to resend an invoice you can do so by visiting this link.
