As a part of our initiative to transform the On-campus employer experience, Handshake has given institutions the ability to transfer ownership for On-campus employers!
Follow the steps below to learn how to change owners.
1. Navigate to the Employers page using the left navigation menu.
2. Select an On-campus employer.
Note: If you’d like to narrow the list of employers to only include on-campus employers, you can select All Filters, followed by “On-Campus employers”.
3. On the employer’s page select the ellipsis in the upper-right corner of the page and choose Edit.
4. Select Staff Management from the left side of the page.
5. The next screen lists the employer users connected to this company, in alphabetical order. Select Change Owner on the top right of the list when you’re ready to transfer ownership.
6. A pop-up box appears and allows you to select one of the employer users from a dropdown menu. Once you’ve selected the employer you’d like to transfer ownership to, select the red button Transfer Ownership.
7. The page will refresh and the new owner will be listed on the Staff Management page.
