On the day of the fair
You can launch a session up to 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. Students may join up to 5 minutes early to test their connection, so you may see students arrive before the official start time.
Launch your session
1. From the left navigation bar, click Fairs. Locate your fair, then click the Schedule tab.
2. On the far right of the session name, click the blue Launch video button to start your session.
Note: The Launch video button is only available for session that have at least one student signed up.
3. On the launch screen, review and adjust your audio and video settings. To enter the session, click Join. Learn more about Hosting via Video on Handshake.
