This article explains how to view withdrawn applications submitted by students at your institution, including applications to jobs posted by employers and applications connected to interview schedules.

View withdrawn job applications
You can view withdrawn job applications starting from a specific job or from the Applications page, which shows withdrawn applications submitted by students at your institution across all employers.
From a specific job:
1. Open the job you want to review applicants for.
2. Access the applicants list by doing one of the following:
- Click the blue applicant count under Applicants on the left side of the page.
- Click Browse Applicants in the Actions section on the left.
- Click the Applicants tab in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. In the Filters side sheet on the left, under Categories, check the Withdrawn Only checkbox.
From the Applications page:
1. Click Applications from the left navigation bar under Students.
2. In the Filters side sheet on the left, under Categories, check the Withdrawn Only checkbox.
Tip: Use the Keyword search or any of the available filters in the side sheet, such as Employer, to narrow down your results.
Only withdrawn applications will be displayed. Uncheck Withdrawn Only to return to viewing all applications.
View withdrawn interview schedule applications
If a student withdraws an application from a job that is associated with an interview schedule, they are also withdrawing their application from the interview schedule.
1. Open the interview schedule you want to review applicants for.
2. In the middle of the page, under Review Interview Applicants for [your school name], click the Review Applicants button.
3. In the Filters side sheet on the left, under Scheduling, check the Withdrawn Only checkbox.
Only withdrawn applications will be displayed. Uncheck Withdrawn Only to return to viewing all applications.
