The Invite top matches to apply section identifies qualified talent who closely match your job postings based on the specified candidate qualifications. This helps streamline your recruitment process by enabling you to efficiently engage with the most relevant candidates for your openings.
Review top applicants
The Review top applicants section highlights the most suitable candidates for your job openings, making it easier for you to prioritize and reach out to the most promising applicants.
Insights
Both the Invite top matches to apply and Review top applicants sections offer valuable insights to streamline your recruitment efforts.
- Each section highlights up to two active job listings that have received more than one application.
- Jobs are ranked based on how soon they are closing, and then by the number of applicants (most to least).
- Each candidate card in these sections provides detailed insights into a candidate's engagement with your company. This includes whether the candidate:
- Follows your company page
- Responded to your messages
- Saved the job listing
- Matches the job requirements based on their profile
