Expanding the visibility of your job postings is key to attracting qualified student applicants. To help you reach more students, you can share a direct link to your job post in just a few steps.
All role types except Representatives can view and manage job postings, unless their permissions are configured otherwise.
If you're unable to view or manage a job posting, reach out to your company’s owner or admin to request the necessary permissions. To identify the owner of your company’s profile, refer to Who is the Owner of my Company's Profile?.
Copy and share a job posting URL
1. Click Jobs from the left navigation bar, then select the job you want to share.
2. On the job posting page, copy the full URL from your browser’s address bar.
- The link will begin with: https://app.joinhandshake.com/emp/jobs/ (followed by a unique job ID number).
3. After copying the job posting URL, paste it into the communication channel you’re using to promote the opportunity.
Visibility and access
Students will be able to view the job posting only if they:
- Are logged into their Handshake account
- Attend a school where the job has been approved
If a student does not meet these criteria, they will be redirected to the Handshake login or sign-up page.
