What student engagement reporting shows you
Student engagement reports help answer questions such as:
- How many students are taking advantage of the resources available on Handshake?
- How many students are engaging directly with your career services office?
Understand how the Student Engagement Tracker works
The Student Engagement Tracker is an Excel spreadsheet that combines data from several Insights reports into one view.
Create each report listed below, download it, and paste the contents into the corresponding tab of the Master Data Tracker. The Data Wrap-Up tab automatically combines the data to show high-level trends in how students have interacted with your career office.
This spreadsheet supports up to 45,000 rows. If your institution has more students than that, extend the formulas in the Merge Master tab to cover the additional rows.
Get started with the Student Engagement Dashboard
