Once you've created a campaign, you can edit the details to refine your message and target your audience.

Access campaign
1. Click Campaigns from the left navigation bar, then click on either the Scheduled or Drafts tab.
- Campaigns that are complete and scheduled to send are located in the Scheduled tab.
- Campaigns that are not yet scheduled to send are located in the Drafts tab.
2. Find the campaign you want to edit, then click the pencil icon to the far right of the campaign name.
- Alternatively, you may click on the campaign name, then click the button Edit Campaign in the upper-right corner of the page.
Edit campaign
1. In each section of the campaign form, you can edit the details as needed.
Job campaign (form)
- All sections can be edited up to 1 minute before the campaign's scheduled send time.
Event, fair, or 'other' type of campaign (form)
- Details in the Select Segment section can be edited up to 1 minute before the campaign's scheduled send time.
- Details in the Compose Message section can be edited up to 1 minute before the message's scheduled send time.
- Details in the Compose follow-up section can be edited up to 1 minute before the follow-up scheduled send time.
- Follow-up message can be cancelled while the campaign is either scheduled or in progress.
- Details in the Set schedule section can be edited up to 1 min before each message is scheduled.
2. Click the button Continue in the lower-right corner of the page to proceed to the next section, or to reach the final page.
3. After editing the campaign, save your changes by clicking the appropriate button, which varies based on the type of campaign form.
Job campaign
The button on the job campaign form is labeled "Update campaign" and is found in the lower-right corner of the page.
Event, fair, or 'other' type of campaign
The button on the event, fair, or 'other' type of campaign form is labeled "Schedule Campaign" and is found in the upper-right corner of the page.
