Campaign exclusions
Exclusions can be applied on the Campaign setup form, specifically when selecting your segment and composing your follow-up message.
The exclusions configured on the form apply to both the initial campaign send and the follow-up campaign. These exclusions are mostly optional and can be combined in any way that you'd like.
Types of campaigns exclusions

Follow-up campaign exclusions
These exclusions are configured on the campaign follow-up page, and only a single exclusion rule can be set per follow-up campaign.
