Once a campaign is complete, review the results to track performance, optimise future campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.

Access campaign
Click Campaigns from the left navigation bar. The Results tab of the Campaigns page displays the results of every campaign sent by teammates at your company in the last 18 months, including follow-up campaigns.
Filters
You may use the filters above the campaigns table to narrow and customise your search results.
You can filter campaigns by:

Campaign results
At the top of the page, you’ll find a summary of key metrics for each campaign:

Sent
- The number of campaigns that have been completed or are currently in progress.

Open rate
- The percentage of recipients who opened the campaign, either via email or in-app notification.

Engagement
- The percentage of recipients who interacted with the campaign by clicking a link within the message.
- For messages without links or attachments, this reflects the percentage of recipients who responded.

Career Fair RSVPs
- The number of recipients who registered for career fairs through career fair campaigns.

Event RSVPs
- The number of recipients who registered for events through event campaigns.

Applicants

The number of recipients who applied for jobs through job campaigns, including external job campaigns.

Sourced

The total number of candidates sourced across all campaigns.

Below the summary metrics, a detailed table provides specific information for each campaign:

Status
- The current state of the campaign (e.g., sent, in progress, completed).

Send date
- The date when the campaign was sent or scheduled.

Campaign name
- The title of the campaign.

Type
- The category of the campaign (e.g., job campaign, event campaign).

Recipients
- The number of people who received the campaign.

Open rate
- The percentage of recipients who opened the campaign.

Engagement
- The percentage of recipients who engaged with the campaign (clicked a link or responded).

Sourced

Job campaign
- The count of recipients who created a job application.

External job campaign
- The count of recipients who clicked through to an external job application URL.

Event campaign
- The count of recipients who clicked through to view the event page.

External event campaign
- The count of recipients who clicked through to an external event URL.

Career fair campaign
- The number of recipients who registered for a Handshake virtual fair or clicked through to view the page for an in-person career fair.
