After you've created and scheduled your campaign, you can manage it based on the available options.

Edit a campaign
1. Click Campaigns from the left navigation bar, then click on either the Scheduled or Unscheduled tab.
- Campaigns that are complete and scheduled to send can be found in the Scheduled tab.
- Campaigns that are not yet scheduled to send can be found in the Unscheduled tab.
2. Find the relevant campaign, then click the pencil icon to the far right of the campaign name.
- Alternatively, you can click directly on the campaign name, then click the Edit Campaign button in the top-right corner.
3. Edit details as needed in each section of the campaign setup form (Segment, Messages, Schedule).
- Details in the Select Segment section can be edited up to 1 minute before the campaign's scheduled send time.
- Details in the Compose Message section can be edited up to 1 minute before the message's scheduled send time.
- Details in the Compose follow-up section can be edited up to 1 minute before the follow-up scheduled send time.
- Follow-up message can be cancelled while the campaign is either scheduled or in progress.
- Details in the Set schedule section can be edited up to 1 min before each message is scheduled.
4. Click the blue Continue button in the lower-right corner of the page to proceed to the next section, or click the blue Update Campaign in the top-right corner of the page to save changes and exit the campaign set-up.
Cancel a campaign
1. To cancel a campaign, navigate to the Scheduled tab, then locate the campaign you want to cancel.
2. From here, click the circle-backslash icon to the far right of the campaign row.
3. Confirm the action in the pop-up modal, then click the blue button OK to cancel the campaign. If you prefer to keep the campaign, click the button Cancel.
4. Once cancelled, the confirmation message "Campaign was successfully cancelled." will display in a green banner at the bottom of the page.
Archive a campaign
Campaigns can only be archived if they are not scheduled.
1. To archive a campaign, navigate to the Unscheduled tab, then locate the campaign you want to archive.
2. From here, click the bin icon to the far right of the campaign row.
3. Once archived, the confirmation message "Campaign was successfully archived" will display in a green banner at the bottom of the page.
Once the campaign has been sent and completed, explore your Campaign: Results.
