Easily return to job postings that have not yet been completed to finalise and post them.
Job drafts can be edited at any time, ensuring that all required information is accurate and complete.
To view the status of all your job postings, refer to Navigating the Jobs Page.
Access your job drafts
Click Jobs from the left navigation bar, then click the white button View drafts.
- Only job postings that were saved as a draft are listed.
- If the draft is not listed, more than likely, the job was not saved properly.
Manage your job drafts
View drafts
On the Drafts page, you can view drafts of job postings created by yourself and your teammates.
- To view job postings created by you, click the white button Created by you.
- To view job postings created by teammates, click the white button Created by others.
The jobs table shows the information for all created job drafts:
- Job creator (the name of the user that created the job posting)
- Created date (the date the job was created)
- Job (the title of the job)
- Updated date (the date the job was last edited)
- Last updated by (the name of the user that the job was last updated by)
Edit draft
1. Click the ellipsis icon to the far right of the job posting you want to edit, then select Edit draft from the dropdown.
2. You will then be directed to the job form to complete the job posting. For guidance, refer to How to Post a Job.
Note: if you are unable to complete the job form, you can save the job posting as a draft as needed.
Delete a draft
1. Click the ellipsis icon to the far right of the job posting you want to delete, then select Delete draft from the dropdown.
2. In the pop-up modal, click the red button Delete to delete the draft.
- To keep the draft, click the white button Cancel.
Note: deleted drafts cannot be recovered.
3. The page will then refresh and the draft will no longer be listed.
