Uploading an Image to a Fair or Event

A picture that highlights your event adds excitement and draws people in.

Please note the suggested image size requirements when choosing the right image:

• Event image - We accept any image ratio and you can crop that image in the editor. At Handshake we use a 400x400 pixel image to fill the entire space.
  
• Career Fair image - We accept any image ratio and you can crop that image in the editor. At Handshake we use a 1200x300 pixel image.

Upload an image to a new event:

1. Click Events located on the left-hand navigation bar
2. Click New Event tab located in upper right-hand of screen
3. Locate the Image title and Click Choose file button

4. Click upload image
5. Choose an image from your computer files
6. Click Create Event on the bottom right corner. You will be launched into the Event Overview page where you can view the event details including your uploaded image.

Upload image to existing event:

1. Click Events located on the left-hand navigation bar
2. Select the event you would like to add or edit an image, click on the event selected
3. Click the Edit tab
4. Locate the Image title and Click Choose file button
5. Choose an image from your computer files
6. Click Update Event

You will be launched into the Event Overview page where you can view your new image

Upload image to a career fair:

1. Click Fairs located on the left-hand navigation bar
2. Click New Career Fair tab located in upper right-hand of screen
3. Locate the Logo title and Click Choose file button
4. Click Create Career fair on the bottom right corner. You will be launched into the Career Fair Overview page where you can view the event details including your uploaded image.

Upload an image to an existing career fair:

1. Click Fairs located on the left-hand navigation bar
2. Select the career fair you would like to add or edit an image, click on the career fair selected
3. Click the Edit tab
4. Locate the Logo title and Click Choose file button
5. Click Update Career fair

You will be launched into the career fair overview page where you can view your new image.

NOTE: Once uploaded, logos cannot be deleted, they can only be replaced.
