Access templates
Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the page, then select Templates from the dropdown.
Template search filters
You can filter templates by the following criteria:

Keyword search
- Search template by name

Created by
- Created by anyone
- Created by you
-
Status
- Active
- Archived
-
Sort by
- Sort by newest
- Sort by oldest
- Sort by last update
- Sort alphabetical
Create a template
On the Templates page, click the white button Create to the far right of the page to create a new message template.
In the pop-up modal, enter the following details:
- Template name (maximum 50 characters)
- Subject line (optional)
- Message
When you're finished, click the black button Save in the bottom-right corner.
Once saved, the message "Template created successfully" displays in the lower-right corner of the page.
Edit template
Select the message you want to edit, then click the black button Edit to the far right of the template message name.
Edit the message and the subject line as needed, then click the black button Save in the upper-right corner.
Once saved, the message "Template updated successfully" displays in the lower-right corner of the page.
Duplicate template
Select the message you want to duplicate, then click the duplicate icon (two overlapping squares) to the far right.
In the pop-up modal, enter the following details:
- Template name (maximum 50 characters)
- The template name will contain "Copy [name of original template]
- Edit the name as needed.
- Subject line (optional)
- Message
When you're finished, click the black button Save in the bottom-right corner.
Once saved, the message "Template created successfully" displays in the lower-right corner of the page.
Archive template
Select the template you want to archive, then click the bin icon to the far right of the page.
- Templates cannot be deleted.
- The company profile owner or admin can archive templates created by teammates.
Once archived, the message "Template archived successfully" displays in the lower-right corner of the page.
Restore an archived template
In the Status filter, select Archived. Then, select the message you want to restore and click the black button Restore.
Once the message is restored, the message "Template restored successfully. You can now view it as an active template." displays in the lower-right corner of the page.
