Students may send you messages either in response to a message you've sent them, or by initiating a message themselves.
Students can initiate a message to employers when certain conditions are met, such as:
- You're marked as 'Visible on Company Profile'.
- Following a 1:1 session with you
- You're introduced as a teammate in a message
- You're attached to a campaign as a point of contact, or Advocate.
Employers that do not want to be messaged should not do any of the following:
- Message students
- Be visible on the company profile (this setting is off by default)
- Host a 1:1 session with a student
- Allowed to be introduced as a teammate in a message
- Allowed to be attached to a campaign as a point of contact, or Advocate
