How to Share a Job
1. Click on the job to open the full posting. Then, click the Share button at the top of the page (located next to the Save button).
2. In the pop-up window, begin typing the name of the person you’d like to share the job with, then check the box next to their name. You can also select from the list of suggested contacts.
3. Review your message and recipient, then click Send.
Where Do Shared Jobs Appear?
Shared jobs are delivered directly to the recipient’s Handshake Inbox as a private message. The message includes:
Your name
Any personalised message you wrote
A direct link to the job posting
Your job share stays private between you and the recipient—no one else can see your conversation.
