With Handshake, you can easily manage and follow up with your participants after your in-person or virtual sessions are finished.
Access fair
1. Click Fairs from the left navigation bar.
2. On the next page, check the boxes for "Include Past Fairs" and "Show Registered Only" to narrow your search results.
Tip: use the keyword search, search for a specific institution or location type, or filter by start and end date.
3. Select the relevant fair from the results displayed.
Follow-up with RSVPs
1. On the fair page, click the Students tab. Learn more about Accessing Event and Fair RSVPs.
2. The list of students who have checked in to your sessions is displayed in a table.
The following student data is included in the table:
- Name
- Course
- Graduation date
- Session (date of the session the student checked in for or RSVP'd for)
- Status (indicates whether the student checked in, RSVP'd, or received an evaluation)
- Evaluation (indicates whether an evaluation has been submitted)
3. On this page, you can take the following actions:

- Message your RSVPs and attendees. Learn more about Messaging Event and Fair RSVPs.
- Access and download CVs from students who have checked in at your booth. Refer to Downloading Public CVs.
