During the onboarding process, you may have accidentally requested the wrong company profile. If this happens, you can easily cancel the request.
If you've logged out, log back in. On the landing page, click the blue hyperlinked text Cancel request next to the question "Made this request accidentally?"
After canceling the request, you’ll be redirected to the page where you can choose to either create a new company profile or join an existing one.
- To request to join an existing company, refer to the section Connect with your company in Create an Employer User Account, Join a Company, and Connect with Schools.
- If a profile for your company does not yet exist—or if you want to create a new profile for a specific branch or location, refer to How to Create a New Company Profile.
- If you're unable to create a new company profile, contact our Support team.
