After creating a job posting, you can verify that it has been successfully posted to the requested schools.

Access job
Click Jobs from the left navigation bar, then select the job posting for which you want to verify the status.
Tip: to quickly find a job posting, enter the job title in the keyword search field above the Jobs table.
Job search filters
You can filter jobs by the following statuses:
- Active
- Jobs that are pending or approved.
- Not Posted
- Jobs whose job form has been completed but not yet posted to any schools.
- Closed
- Jobs that have been previously approved at a school and the closing date has passed.
You may also view results by:
- Owner
- Division
Confirm job is posted
Jobs that have been successfully posted display in the table when the Active status is selected from the Status filter.
- If your job is not listed with the Active status selected, select Not Posted from the Status filter.
- Jobs only display with the Not Posted status selected if you have completed the job form, but the job was not posted to any schools.
- If your job is not listed with either the Active or Not Posted status selected, click the white button View drafts on the Jobs page.
- Jobs only display on the View drafts page if the job form was not fully completed and the job was saved.
- To post a job in 'draft' mode, refer to Manage your Job Drafts.
- Jobs only display on the View drafts page if the job form was not fully completed and the job was saved.
To view the approval status of each school, select the job from the table, then select the Schools tab.
On the Schools page, navigate to the Requested schools section, then review the status for each school as desired.
- Use the keyword search and filters above the table to easily filter between job statuses.
