If you'd like to access your Monthly Reports for Core Activities and Messaging aggregated across all of your staff members, you are able to do so directly in Handshake! These reports are available consistently and accurately without the need for CSM intervention – leaving you more time every month to spend on value adding activities.
Reports are visible for Owners and Admins, as long as the team member has a Premium seat.
To ensure data accuracy, reports for the month prior will be available within the first week of the current month - for example, February reports will be available within the first week of March.

Follow the steps below to access the reports:
1. Click on Analytics from the left navigation bar in Handshake, under Talent Engagement:

2. Click on the tab for Insights Library. The Insights Library has three sections:
- Standard Reports - Basic reports are standard Looker dashboards. These include pre-existing automated uploads such as Messaging Analytics and Core Activities which will now become available automatically within the Standard Reports tab.
- Business Reports - Business reports are more customized reports. These include QBR decks, Applicant Analysis uploads and others similar.
- Note: custom report uploads are available after a short processing time of about 15 minutes.
- Advanced Insights - Premium employers with Insights Module will have a dedicated place for all advanced content in the Advanced Insights tab; employers without Insights Module will see a message promoting Insights’ value (note: new Insights Module under Premium Employer Settings). 3. Download the desired report by clicking on the arrow down icon to the far right in the applicable row.
