If you accidentally rejected a teammate’s request to join your company profile, you won’t be able to reapprove that same request.
The teammate can still be connected to your company by following the steps below, which vary based on your account type.
Basic employers
If your company has a Basic account, the teammate will need to request to join your company profile again.
1. When the teammate logs in to Handshake, they will be prompted to create a new company or request to join an existing one.
2. They should search for your company profile and submit a new join request.
3. You will receive the new request.

On-campus employers and premium partners
If your company has an on-campus, Plus, Pro, or TES account, you can manually connect the teammate to your company profile.
