Edit a promotion to better fit your hiring needs, or stop a promotion if you no longer want to promote the job.

Promotions is currently available only for Enterprise customers (formerly TES). For more information, please check out this resource!
Access your promotion
1. Click Promotions from the left navigation bar.
2. Locate the promotion you want to manage.
Tip: Use the filters above the Promotions table to quickly find the promotion you want to manage.
3. Click the three-dot menu on the far right of the promotion row.
4. From the menu, you can choose Edit promotion or Stop promotion.
Note: Only Owners, Admins, and Recruiters (Sourcers) can edit or stop promotions.
Edit a promotion
You can edit an active promotion to update its duration or budget.
To edit a promotion:
1. Select Edit promotion from the dropdown.
2. Update one or both of the following:
- Duration
- Budget
3. Click the black Save changes button.
Stop a promotion
You can stop an active promotion if you no longer want to promote the job.
To stop a promotion:
1. Select Stop promotion from the dropdown.
2. A confirmation message appears explaining that the job will no longer be promoted, any remaining budget will not be spent, and you must create a new promotion if you want to promote the job again.
3. Click the black Continue button.
